Self Portrait but with a Twist..

Hey Guys and Girls! So I made a Self Portrait of myself but the twist was. I had to do that in Google drawings. So I didn't actually draw with pencil and paper.
So I had to grab a picture of myself and trace it without Polyline, because it wouldn't look good so I used Curve. Then I downloaded an app called Colour Picker to get right colour, so I could color the shapes.
This took me days to make, but I think it's not really that great of a Portrait.
The braids were the hardest part to do so I went lazy.

Here's the tutorial : Link

This Portrait was complicated to make and I didn't really like mine. But it was hard to do so I didn't really like it. But I still did it, hopefully the next time I do this I could do better.
But it was really a frustrating experience.

If you tested this how did it go? Did you like yours? What was the hardest part?

    1. Hello Sosefina!
Thank you for saying that my Portrait is good. But I'm not a fan of my own art. Yours is very detailed and WONDERFUL!

      Thank you for the Comment.

  2. Kia ora Angel,
You have done such a great job, your portrait looks awesome! It looks just like you.
I totally agree with your experience it was a frustrating task! I did myself and I found that it took a LONG time to get it right...
The shading you used is really effective do you think you could have achieved this without the colour picker tool?
How are you going to use what you did for this task in your future learning tasks?

Thank you for thinking that it's good. I worked hard on it and Stanley help me too. And I don't think I could do it without colour picker. I have no clue how I'm going to use this in the future.

But Thank you for your Nice Comment!

  3. Hi Angel
I love your Portrait it looks just like you. To bad you couldn't show the picture. I like the way you did the lines on your plaits to make it look better. How did you do everything perfect. Can't wait to see your next post.

  4. Hi Angel,
This so amazing and good. Yes I have done one and I kind of like mine. The hardest part was colouring. Do you like yours? Would you like to improve anything.

  5. Hello Niamh!
Thank you for your comment! And the tracing was harder than colouring for me. I don't really like it and I would improve alot if I could.

    Thanks for your Sweet Comment!
